lOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I have helped many avoid surgery by taking this product.

I had excruciating knee pain in my left leg. Overused as a result of a defective hip causing problems in my left leg compensating for my defective gait. Hip replaced. I gave the shark cartilage a try about 10 years ago or so. Usually after walking our dog, my leg would be in pain. Arriving at home I'd sit down. I'd be afraid to get up because the knee would stiffen and hurt again. But the strangest thing happened 6 to 8 weeks out, I felt no pain at all when I got up. In fact my knee felt great. I've done a cortisone shot usually once a year to about 10 months and the combination has worked great for me. Perhaps disappointing my knee doctor who thought for sure I'd have replace the knee by now.

I would give 5 stars for pain management, but 3 stars for cost. It's damned expensive.
